Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled or changed.
For B2C Customers:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Prescription orders cannot be canceled once lens processing has begun.
Refunds (if prepaid) will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
For B2B Clients:
Purchase orders can be canceled before dispatch only if the order has not entered production (e.g., lens-cutting or packaging).
Custom or bulk orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Advance payments or deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
