Shipping and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy based on your buyer category.
For B2C Customers:
Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Products: Frames (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).
Non-Returnable Items:
Prescription lenses and custom-made eyewear
Used or damaged items
Refund Method: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping: We provide a pickup in most cases. If unavailable, self-shipping with tracking is required.
Return Approval: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
For B2B Clients:
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Only unopened, resaleable items are accepted.
Custom orders or bulk lens-cutting services are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Freight: Must be arranged and paid for by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Credit Note: Refunds are processed as credit notes or replacements based on mutual agreement.
