At Wolf Eyes, we are committed to delivering your eyewear products promptly and securely across India.
For B2C Customers (Direct-to-Consumer):
Delivery Area: We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above Rs.999. Orders below this amount incur a Rs.50 shipping fee.
Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
Carriers: We use trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.
For B2B Clients (Wholesale & Retailers):
Shipping Charges: As per agreed terms or based on order volume and location.
Dispatch Time: Within 2–4 business days for in-stock items. Custom or large-volume orders may take longer.
Freight Options: We offer ground shipping or customer-arranged pickup.
Responsibility: Risk of loss passes to buyer upon dispatch. Insurance and delivery assurance may be arranged on request.
